Dining Room and Bar Facilities
As a Club Member, you and your family will enjoy “all inclusive meals”. Guests dining aboard the Club will be charged a $50 reimbursement per day which covers all meals.
THE MARLIN BAR and CLUB LOUNGE
The perfect place to start your day or wind down after an action packed day is our Marlin Bar, an indoor lounge and lanai deck. It is open from 6 AM until midnight.
The Sunset Deck has a BBQ, Wet Bar and open air dining and is partially covered.
We are proud to offer an extensive wine collection. Members may request that the Club carry certain vintages with advance notice. Feel free to bring your favorite wine onboard as well!
CHEF DREW DECKMAN
EPYC members will enjoy meals prepared by our world class chef, Chef Drew Deckman. Chef Drew has worked at some of the finest restaurants in the world. He describes his menu aboard the Pacific Provider as “a simple, modern, world approach to the freshest fish, seafood, and meats available”.
With a wine cellar of over 600 bottles onboard, Chef Drew promises to present a world class selection of classic and modern wines for member's enjoyment. In addition to daily Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner, Chef Drew will prepare afternoon hors d’oeuvres and snacks that will be waiting for you after a great day at sea.
*Soft Drinks, Coffee, and water are complementary. Wine, Beer and Spirits are reimbursed to the club per the Published Reimbursement Schedule.
