The Pacific Provider Embarks on its Maiden Voyage

Eastern Pacific Yacht Club is pleased announce as of Saturday May 31, 2008 its Mothership the “Pacific Provider” has set sail from Seattle en route to San Diego. This is an incredibly exciting time as we get one step closer to launching the first moveable destination club. We estimate our arrival into San Diego on Friday, June 6th, 2008.

On Saturday morning the crew was busy with final preparations including loading storage containers and Captain Rich’s car onto the deck for the trip down. The containers hold furniture and final materials for completing the conversion of the Pacific Provider for EPYC. We are all very excited and look forward to welcoming all of you aboard for a tour of the ship this summer.

On Monday morning the Pacific Provider was cruising about 20 miles north of the California / Oregon border. We’ll keep the website posted with the latest updates throughout the summer leading up the Official Launch Party in Catalina in September 2008. Hope to see you all there.
