Bruce Sterling
Bruce Sterling has been involved in the yacht brokerage industry for over 20 years.  With plenty of experience delivering sportfishers to clients in Mexico and Southern California, he understands the unique requirements of his sportfishing clientele.  He has sold and custom built several new lines of quality yachts over the years including Riviera, Grand Banks, Eastbay, Skipjack and Hatteras Yachts.

Bruce is a graduate of UCSB. He is married to Bobbi Jo and they have a daughter, Alexis.  As a Flag member of the San Diego Yacht Club he enjoys fishing and traveling when not golfing, biking or watching Formula One races.  Sterling is an active member of the yacht brokerage industry and has served on the Board of Directors for the California Yacht Brokers Association in addition to several organizations to promote the boating industry. 

Eric Hermann
Eric Hermann is a licensed Captain and has been operating both recreational and commercial vessels up and down the West Coast of California and Mexico for many years. Owner of Executive Yacht and Ship since 2001 and behind the helm of Ellsworth Marine  - Channel Islands  based up in  Oxnard , Calif. , Eric has been boating and fishing his entire life.

Formally a Harpoon Sword fisherman, professional captain and yacht commission specialist, Eric's passion for being at sea is immeasurable......" One of my favorite things to do is sit in the tower with a pair of Fraser Volpes and make sure nothing swims by un-noticed!"
